The hotel is cosy, beautiful and has a nice atmosphere. The rooms are big and there is plenty of room to walk around there also. Athmosphere/mood in the room is very cosy. The hotel also has sauna and spa facilities and a swimming pool. And, what I really liked (even though I didn't travel with a pet), the hotel is pet friendly! And of course, the hotel service was impeccably polite and friendly as always!

Staff were helpful, attentive and friendly. Junior suite was spacious and good facilities. I liked the complimentary coffee, bottles of water and sweets. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with great range of items and made to order waffles and omelette. Great location to the city, easy access to the tram. I liked the proximity to the local K market store for getting snacks and water. The suite offered use of the lounge, this was excellent with happy hour offering some wine, beers and nibbles. The pool was great with clean and spacious facilities. Room was quiet and had air conditioning and openable window. Bath tub was big with good overhead shower. We liked the body wash and moisturiser. Overall excellent.

We enjoyed our stay. The suite room was large enough for our family of four. Comfortable bathroom with a bath and not just a shower. The staff at the reception and the restaurant were very responsive and helpful. The included breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options. Our suite allowed us free access to the business lounge, although we barely used that option, due to our schedule. A number of good cafes and restaurants nearby, providing lots of options for lunch and dinner, if needed.

Stunning swimming pool and sauna. Junior suite access to lounge with free snacks and drinks, incl. alcohol. Friendly stuff. All clean. Really nice junior suite with a bath tub. Location a bit of a distance, as stupid, arrogant Helsinki trams don't accept credit cards and threw my family out to walk, even traveling with a small kid with lot of bags to carry. Tried to order a taxi, that went to a wrong address. Other taxi tried to scam with a price, so we walked. If Helsinki taxi's still would be reliable as they used to be and/or Helsinki trams available also for the tourists' usage, this hotel would be just perfect.

Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Crowne Plaza Helsinki, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. I was particularly impressed with the early check-in accommodation, which was much appreciated after a long journey. The front desk team was incredibly welcoming, making me feel valued from the start. My room was immaculate, spacious, and offered a lovely view of the city, providing the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The hotel's amenities are top-notch, with a well-equipped fitness center and a relaxing spa that allowed me to unwind after a busy day. Breakfast each morning was a delight, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Location-wise, the Crowne Plaza is ideal—close to major attractions and public transportation, yet peaceful and quiet for a restful night’s sleep. Overall, my experience at the Crowne Plaza Helsinki was nothing short of excellent. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city, and I look forward to staying here again on my next trip!

The hotel was overall incredible. I've visited multiple 'four-star' hotels in Helsinki and this is by far the best one. Breakfast was delcicious, staff was kind and the beds were marvelous. Pool and gym is a nice touch, however some equipment was a bit outdated, still miles ahead of other hotels though.

Excellent choice of local fresh food for breakfast, including some typically Finnish products. The rooms are very well maintained and kept clean. The location is quite central, near the Opera House and the Finlandia Hall, a short distance walk from the new cultural center of Helsinki (Music Hall, Library, Kiasma Museum...)

I participated in the Helsinki City Run 21k in May 2024, and this hotel was close to the start, approximately 500 m. The hotel was great, and the SPA also had a physiotherapist, which was great for me. I had easy access to the city center by tram. The area was not crowded at all, with few people on the street and few cars. The reception also offered late checkout if you joined their loyalty program. The breakfast was also good.

A great place for a few days in Helsinki with the family. Pool, gym and sauna gave a nice extra touch for both parents and children. We stayed in two club rooms with gave access to the club lounge, which also gave the whole stay an "all inclusiveness". The children loved that they could go out and have a glass of juice and a snack. Nice full breakfast aswell.
